  • For the year ending 30 June 2018 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • Advances and credits
    At 1st July 2017 the company owed the director £571. During the year the director borrowed £19,072 from the company and repaid £21,000. Interest of £160 was paid by the director. The interest is payable annually on 31st March and is charged at the official rate. The maximum owed by the director during the year was £17,772. At 30th June 2018 the company owes the director £2,338.
