1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Real Estate Evolution Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The
company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents invoiced sales of services provided, shown net of VAT.

Tangible fixed assets
Tangible Fixed Assets are depreciated in accordance with the following rates

Computer Equipment. In equal instalments over 3 years.

Fixtures and Fittings. At 20% per annum on a reducing balance method.

Investments in subsidiaries

7. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company is controlled by the director as he owns all of the issued share capital. During the period the company
made some repayments to the director amounting to £7,798 ( 2016 £11,635 ). At the end of the period the amount
owed to the director was £91 ( 2016 £ 7,888 ).

unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a
Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the
