Accounting Policies
1.1.
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
1.2.
Going Concern Disclosure
Having formed an opinion at the time of approving these accounts, the director would like to draw your attention to the fact the company has an accumulated loss of £1,562 as at 31st July 2018. It is the intention of the shareholder to continue to support the company financially and ensure the company has adequate resources to continue existing trading policies and the directors have adopted a going concern basis in preparing the accounts.

Turnover
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.
