The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Run 4 Wales Ltd. is a private company, limited by guarantee , registered in Wales. The company's registered number and

registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover represents event income, grants and proceeds of fund raising activities, net of VAT.

Grants receivable

Grants are credited to deferred income. Grants towards capital expenditure are released to the profit and loss account over

the expected useful life of the assets. Grants towards revenue expenditure are released to the profit and loss account as the

related expenditure is incurred.

The average number of employees during the year was 16 (2017 - 12 ) .

7.	DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

During the year, Run 4 Wales Ltd sold services to the value of £27,668 (2017: £23,732) to Welsh Athletics Ltd. At the year

end, the balance outstanding from Welsh Athletics Limited was £14,045 (2017: £12,686), this balance is included within

debtors note 4.

Also during the year, Run 4 Wales Ltd purchased goods and services to the value of £72,877 (2017:£65,308) from Welsh

Athletics Ltd. At the year end, the balance due to Welsh Athletics Ltd was £41,369 (2017: £NIL)

The above transaction is related as Welsh Athletics Limited is a corporate director of the company.

8.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

During the year, Run 4 Wales Limited agreed to make a donation of £NIL(2017: £134,237) to the Run 4 Wales Charitable

Foundation, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). In addition Run 4 Wales Foundation purchased goods from the

company of £NIL(£9,077). At the year end the company owed £NIL (2017: £134,874) to Run 4 Wales Charitable

Foundation, this balance is included with creditors, note 5.

The above transactions are related as the trustees for Run 4 Wales Charitable Foundation are also directors of Run 4 Wales

Limited.
