Accounting policies

Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). The company has not traded, made profits or losses nor incurred any liabilities during the year ended 30 June 2014. Therefore, no profit and loss account is attached.
