| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| At the balance sheet date the company is insolvent. However, it is noted that there is continuing and |
| ongoing support from the company bank, directors and shareholders. On the assumption that the |
| above support continues from the company bank, directors and shareholders then the accounts have |
| been prepared on a going concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
