1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents rents receivable in respect of property letting,excluding
value added tax.

Valuation information and policy
Freehold investment properties are included in the balance sheet at their
open market value.

Other accounting policies
Deferred taxation is provided in respect of the tax effect of all timing differences at the rates of tax expected to apply when the timing differences reverse.
