These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime as set out in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
 
For the financial year ended 31 March 2015, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006; and no notice has been deposited under section 476.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit.
 
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

1. Accounting Policies
 
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention.
 
2. Contingent Liability
 
The company has acted as nominee in the acquisition of property and has bank loans and
other creditors in its capacity as nominee. The loans are fully secured against the property
and in the opinion of the Directors no liability is likely to fall upon the company.
 
3. Controlling Party
 
The controlling party is P Neumann by virtue of his ownership of the issued ordinary
share capital of the company.
