1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The direct investment represents 50% of the equity in Curzon Park Limited, a company incorporated in Great Britain and registered in England and Wales. This company is jointly owned with Derwent Developments (Curzon) Limited.
