The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified to include the revaluation of certain fixed assets, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
Turnover
The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents rental amounts from investment properties earned during the year having regard to the fulfilment of contractual obligations and discounts as appropriate.
Fixed Assets
All fixed assets are properties and are recorded at market value. The valuation has been assessed by the directors based on the sale of like for like properties in the block of premises.
