The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 30th June 2015.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30th June 2015 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
As stated in the directors' report, the only monies expended by the company are those common parts expenditure
recharged to the residents by way of service charges, Under section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 any
monies collected from or on behalf of the lessees are held on trust and, as such, are not company assets. The
income and expenditure thus arising is therefore not included within these financial statements.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.

Tangible fixed assets
This represents the freehold reversion in the land and buildings at 67, Agar Grove, London. The leases run for
125 years from June 1986.

The freehold interest in the property is stated at cost. The directors assess annually the need to provide for any
impairment in recoverable amount below cost.
