1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
Turnover
The company has no turnover. It incurs costs in managing 38 St George's Drive and recovers these costs from the leaseholders.
