1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of
certain assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
The turnover represents rent & sundry receipts.


Freehold and leasehold properties
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Freehold property - not provided, see note below
Leasehold property - not provided, see note below
Fixtures and fittings - 10% on reducing balance

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

Provision for deferred tax has not been made in these financial statements as any provision would not be material.
