1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
As at 31 December 2015 the company had a deficit on its balance sheet of £58827, however, the company's directors have
indicated their willingness to continue support of the company's trading activities and therefore the financial statements
have been prepared on a going concern basis.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Plant and machinery etc - 33% on cost, 25% on reducing balance, 25% on cost and 20% on cost

Stocks
Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.

Cost includes all direct expenditure and an appropriate proportion of fixed and variable overheads.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis over the period of the
lease.
