    Directors’ benefits: advances, credits and guarantees

    The director has not drawn any benefits that are not available to staff. The directors loan account continues to reduce year on year, is unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest is calculated on the overdrawn balance. An additional loan of £15,000.00 was taken prior to the year end but was settled within 5 months of the year end. Interest has been calculated on this loan.

For the year ending 31 October 2015 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of the small companies regime applicable to Micro-entities.These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities.
