The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 December 2015.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2015 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each
financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395
and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as
applicable to the company.

The abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

Freehold interest in property
The company owns the freehold of the property at South Lodge, 142 Nelson Road, Whitton, TW2 7BX under land registry
title SGL135848. The leases run for 999 years from 1 January 1981.

2. OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for the maintenance of
the common areas in accordance with the lease. As at 31st December 2015 and 30th September 2014 the company had not
entered into non-cancellable commitments.
