Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 are the first set of financial statements that comply with |
FRS 102 Section 1A small entities. The date of transition is 1 January 2014. |
The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A small entities has resulted in a small number of changes in accounting policies to those |
used previously, this has not impacted on opening equity or profit for the comparative period so the reconciliations have not |
been included. |
The presentation currency is sterling. |
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Although the balance sheet is in deficit of £92,140 |
(2014: £84,149), included within creditors there is a balance totalling £417,448 (2014: £416,435 restated) owed to a group |
company. These amounts will not be repaid until the company is in a position to do so. As a result the directors believe that |
preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis is applicable. |

than one year for the year ended 31 December 2015 and 31 December 2014. |
