The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 December 2015.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each
financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and
which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable
to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Statement of Comprehensive Income has not been delivered.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Moness Properties Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in Scotland. The company's registered number
and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

3. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

These financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 are the first set of financial statements that comply with
FRS 102 Section 1A small entities. The date of transition is 1 January 2014.

The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A small entities has resulted in a small number of changes in accounting policies to those
used previously, this has not impacted on opening equity or profit for the comparative period so the reconciliations have not
been included.

The presentation currency is sterling.

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Although the balance sheet is in deficit of £92,140
(2014: £84,149), included within creditors there is a balance totalling £417,448 (2014: £416,435 restated) owed to a group
company. These amounts will not be repaid until the company is in a position to do so. As a result the directors believe that
preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis is applicable.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Land and buildings - in accordance with the property

Deferred tax
Deferred taxation is provided on the liability method to take account of timing differences between the treatment of certain
items for accounts purposes and their treatment for tax purposes.

Tax deferred or accelerated is accounted for in respect of all material timing differences.

7. SECURED DEBTS

A floating charge is held by Worldwide Leisure Group Limited over the assets of Moness Properties Limited.

A floating charge is held by The Royal Bank of Scotland in respect of the property and undertaking of Moness Properties
Limited.

The Royal Bank of Scotland holds tho standard securities over all and whole the two areas of ground at Moness Hotel and
Country Club, Moness, Aberfeldy, PH15 2DY.

8. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

During the year the company transacted with another member of the group, Moness Group Limited. Moness Group Limited
paid for invoices totalling £13 (2014:£13) on the companies behalf. Moness Group Limited also transferred cash totalling
£1,000 (2014: £nil) to Moness Properties Limited. The company uses properties owned by Moness Properties Limited for
which no rent is charged. The balance due to Moness Group Limited from Moness Properties Limited at 31 December 2015
was £417,448 (2014: £416,435).

9. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The director, T Vose is deemed to be the ultimate controlling party.

10. FIRST YEAR ADOPTION

As at 1 January 2014, the company transitioned from UK GAAP to FRS 102 Section 1A small entities, there have been no
transitional adjustments and we have not included the reconciliation reports. A group loan has been reclassified as due in less
than one year for the year ended 31 December 2015 and 31 December 2014.
