1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The Company's investment comprises investment in ordinary shares in Stockley Park Consortium Ltd, an unlisted company registered in England and Wales, representing 16.67% of the company's issued share capital.
