1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
The financial statements contain information about Real Estate Evolution Limited as an individual company and |
do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the option |
under Section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
Exemption from preparing a cash flow statement |
Exemption has been taken from preparing a cash flow statement on the grounds that the company qualifies as a |
small company. |
Turnover |
Turnover represents invoiced sales of services provided, shown net of VAT. |
Tangible fixed assets |
Tangible Fixed Assets are depreciated in accordance with the following rates |

5. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
The company is controlled by the director as he owns all of the issued share capital. During the period the |
director made a further loan of £1,945 ( 2014 £4,538) to the company. At the end of the period the amount owed |
to the director was £ 19,523 ( 2014 owed £17,578 ). |

financial statements of Real Estate Evolution Limited for the year ended 31 December 2015 which comprise the Profit |
and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information |
and explanations you have given us. |
