The company’s immediate parent undertaking and its immediate controlling party is Chime Communications Limited, incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales. The company’s ultimate parent company and controlling party from 16 October 2015 to present date was PM VII S.a.r.l, a company incorporated and registered in Luxembourg. Prior to 16 October 2015 the ultimate parent and controlling party was Chime Communications plc, incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales. Chime Communications plc was acquired by a subsidiary of PM VII S.a.r.l (Bell Bidder Ltd) on 16 October 2015. The largest group for which the group financial statements are prepared and of which the group is a member is Chime Group Holdings Limited which is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales. The smallest group for which the group financial statements are prepared and of which the group is a member is Chime Group Limited which is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales.
