| During the year Mr R Goddard, the director of the company, operated a directors current account with the |
| company. At the year end there was a credit balance on the account of £1,157 (2015 debit £2,988) |
| The directors current account is interest free, unsecured and repayable upon demand. There have been various |
| transactions with the director during the year in the form of a directors current account. Information disclosed is |
| therefore given in an aggregated form. |

| The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the director in respect of the company's annual |
| unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to three) |
| have been prepared. |
| As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2016 set out on pages nil to nil and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit. |
| In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled these unaudited financial statements in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities, from the accounting records and information and explanations supplied to us. |
