Accounting policies

Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). The company holds property as a nominee for other parties and has bank loans in its capacity as nominee. The loans are fully secured and, in the opinion of the directors no liability is likely to fall on the company.
