1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
We believe we adhere to accounting policies, practice and principles in all our business throughout the year 2015/16.

2Company limited by guarantee
Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.

3Fixed assets Investments
As a consortium of front line VCSE organisations, we have been unable to generate or leverage any large tender opportunities of partnership funding in the current year. We are hopeful that in 2017 the climate may change and there may be better opportunities for Spectrum.
