1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The Company has elected to take advantage of the transitional relief available within FRS 102, whereby a dormant company may retain its accounting polices for reported assets, liabilities and equity until there is any change to those balances, or the company undertakes any new transactions.

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom.
