These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Notes to the financial statements

Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees

During the year, Mr J Strong, director, was advanced £33.732 (2015 £7,298), and repaid £23,859 (2015 £7,298) and Mrs E.C. Strong, director was advanced £2,695 (2015 £Nil) and repaid £2,695 (2015 £Nil).

The maximum balance outstanding during the year for Mr J Strong was £33,732 and Mrs E.C. Strong £2,694. At the year end, £9,873 was owed by Mr J Strong (2015 £Nil) and £5 was owed to Mrs E.C. Strong (2015 £2,305).

Interest of £253 was charged on the overdrawn balance in the year. This amount is unsecured and repayable on demand.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
