1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and on a going
concern basis and in accordance with United Kingdom generally accepted accounting practices.

Turnover policy
Turnover, which excludes value added tax, represents management fees receivable and is
recognised as the services are performed, in accordance with the underlying contractual
arrangements.

Other accounting policies
At 31 March 2016, the ultimate controlling party is Synova Capital LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales.
