For the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1. Dormant status
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the period ended 31 March 2016. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with historical cost convention.
Employee information and directors' emoluments
The directors are the only employees of the company. No director received any remuneration for their services to the company in either year.
