Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

By virtue of the company being a Residential Management Company acting as an agent for the leaseholders of The Wharf, New Crane Street, Chester CH1 4HZ all Service Charges income and expenditure and associated assets are excluded from the Financial Statements of the above company. The Service Charge Accounts can be obtained from the Registered Office of the company upon request.
