| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation |
| of certain assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January |
| 2015). |
| The company has net current liabilities of £16,462. The shareholder has confirmed to the directors, in writing, |
| that he will continue to support the operations of the company for the foreseeable future to enable it to continue |
| as a going concern. On the basis of this support the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a |
| going concern basis. |
