Charges On Assets

The company had a bank overdraft at 31 December 2016 in the sum of £19,644 which is secured by fixed and
floating charges covering all of the property and undertaking of the company.

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 December 2016.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:
