| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| At the balance sheet date the company is insolvent. However, it is noted that there is continuing and ongoing |
| support from the directors and shareholders. On the assumption that the above support continues from the |
| company bank, directors and shareholders then the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
