At the year end the company had entered a Participation Agreement to acquire with others through 34 Sloane Court West Freehold Limited the freehold of a block of flats which acquisition was completed following the year end. The company's share of the purchase price amounted to £487,173 and the company also provided a loan note of £11,272 which will be repaid on the sale of a flat occupied under a service tenancy by the building's porter. The company also acquired a leasehold interest in one of the flats following the year end for £1,250,000.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.
