| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Going concern |
| The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company holds sufficient resources to continue in |
| operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore the going concern basis has been adopted in |
| preparing the annual financial statements. |
