1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Hillcrest Leaseholders' Association Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and
Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents ground rents received from residents and rent received from porter's flat.

Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets are stated at historic cost. Depreciation is not provided on the freehold property because its
open market value exceeds its historic cost. The departure from the requirements of The Companies Act 2006 is
considered necessary in order to show a true and fair view.

Taxation
The company is a non-profit making body owned by residents of Hillcrest, 51-57 Ladbroke Grove, London W11
3AX. Corporation tax is payable on investment income only.
