1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Accounts have been prepared under the requirement of TECH 03/11. The service charge transactions carried out by the company are performed in trust for the leaseholders and are recorded in a separate set of accounts. All monies are held in trust on behalf of the leaseholders.

Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.
