On 1 March 2013, GCP Europe GP2 Ltd in its capacity as a member of GCP Europe GP II LLP invested, in the form of a contribution, £2 in GCP Europe GP II LLP. The investment was valued at its cost of £2 as at 31 December 2016 (31 December 2015 - £2).
