Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents ground rents received from residents and rent received from porter's flat. |
Tangible fixed assets |
Tangible fixed assets are stated at historic cost. Depreciation is not provided on the freehold property because its |
open market value exceeds its historic cost. The departure from the requirements of The Companies Act 2006 is |
considered necessary in order to show a true and fair view. |
