| value of the future payments and subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method. Debt |
| instruments that are payable or receivable within one year are measured, initially and subsequently, at the |
| undiscounted amount of the cash or other consideration, expected to be paid or received. |
| Research and development |
| Expenditure on research and development is written off in the year in which it is incurred. |
| Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
| Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the |

| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension |

| Going concern |
| The company has net liabilities of £329,195. The parent company has confirmed that it will provide the financial |
| support that the company requires to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due until 30 April 2019 when the |
| position will be reviewed. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements |
| on the going concern basis. |
