During the year there were interest free loans between the company and the directors, Mr G Baughan and Mrs M Baughan. The balances at the year end were £37,072 (2017 - £40,289) and £44,915 (2017 - £54,915) respectively. These balances are currently shown under other debtors.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
