REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS |
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 DECEMBER 2017 |
The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 30 December 2017. |
REVIEW OF BUSINESS |
The directors are proud to deliver the accounts for the year. |
The year brought with it a number of distracting challenges, including the process of a share buy back, which had an effect on growth. |
The Company will now refocus its efforts on growth following a restructure, putting its focus back on clients and staff. |
A number of long-term contracts were won over the year, including with Corps. Security, Cordant, Emcor and Wilson James. This |
strengthens our position as ‘supplier of choice’ to the UK’s Tier 1 FM providers and expands our portfolio. |
As well as these contract wins, we have also secured preferred supplier status with CBRE, Sony Pictures and Time Warner. The |
combination of long term contracts and preferred supplier status provides the company with an exciting platform for growth for the |
coming year. |
Innovation continues to sit at the heart of our growth strategy and this year exemplified this. Investments in cutting edge technology |
(GSS Live) along with continuing investment into canine detection techniques have defined us as the most exciting SME in the |
sector. |
We look forward to building upon the successes of the year in 2018. |
