Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Although the balance sheet is in deficit of £109,595 |
(2016: £100,866), included within creditors there is a balance totalling £419,645 (2016: £418,712) owed to a group |
company. These amounts will not be repaid until the company is in a position to do so. As a result the directors believe that |
preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis is applicable. |

The assets' residual values and useful lives are reviewed and adjusted, if appropriate, at the end of each reporting period. The |
effect of any change is accounted for prospectively. |
Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that |
it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively |
enacted by the balance sheet date. |

8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
During the year the company transacted with another member of the group, Moness Group Limited. Moness Group Limited |
paid for invoices totalling £13 (2016: £26) on the company's behalf. Moness Group Limited also transferred cash totalling |
£1,000 (2016: £1,238) to Moness Properties Limited during the year and Moness Properties Limited transferred cash |
totalling £80 (2016: £nil) to Moness Group Limited. Moness Group Limited also uses properties owned by Moness |
Properties Limited for which no rent is charged. The balance due to Moness Group Limited from Moness Properties Limited |
at 31 December 2017 was £419,645 (2016: £418,712). |
