The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
(a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
(b) | preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company. |

1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
NRPG Willowpath Ltd is a |
registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. |
2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The presentation currency of the financial statements is Pound Sterling (£) and is rounded to the nearest £. |
The financial statements contain information about NRPG Willowpath Ltd as an individual company and have |
been prepared for a shorter period of 10 months in order to bring the accounting year end in line with the other |
group companies. |
Related party exemption |
The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The |
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party |
transactions with other wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. |
Significant judgements and estimates |
The preparation of the financial statements requires the use of estimates and assumptions that affect reported |
amounts of assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements, and revenues and expenses during the |
reporting period. These estimates and assumptions are based on management's best knowledge of the amount, |
events or actions. Actual results may differ from those amounts. |
Management do not consider these to be any significant judgements or estimates used in the preparation of |
these financial statements. |
Revenue recognition |
Revenue represents the value of development management services supplied, excluding value added tax. |
Invoices are raised on a monthly basis and revenue is recognised for the period to which the services relate. |
Work in progress |
Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to sell. These costs are |
written off to the profit and loss account as the development progresses. |
Financial instruments |
Financial instruments are recognised in line with Sections 11 and 12 of FRS 102. |
Basic financial instruments, such as amounts due to/from group undertakings, trade receivables and payables |
are initially recognised at transaction price, unless they constitute a financing arrangement, when the transaction |
is measured at the present value of the future receipts/payments discounted at a market rate of interest. Such |
instruments are subsequently carried at amortised cost using the effective interest rate method. |
Taxation |
Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to |
the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or |
substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

5. | CONTINGENT LIABILITIES |
During the year, the company had entered into a conditional contract to purchase ( and subsequently sell) a |
freehold property. At the year end, the contracts had not exchanged and therefore no provision has been |
included within the financial statements in this respect. |
6. | GOING CONCERN |
At 31 March 2017, the company had net liabilities of £1,826, after incurring a loss of £1,827. |
These accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis, which is dependent on the parent company, |
NRPG Management Ltd. Management have confirmed that the parent company will continue to financially |
support the company to ensure that it can continue to operate. |
On the basis of the above, the directors consider that the going concern basis is deemed appropriate for the |
preparation of these accounts. |
7. | FIRST YEAR ADOPTION |
The company has adopted Section 1A from 1 April 2016 for the year ended 31 March 2017. There are no |
re-statements required under the new standard for earlier periods which were prepared under previous UK |
GAAP. |

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual |
unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file |
a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and |
the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of NRPG Willowpath Ltd for the period ended 31 March 2017 which comprise the Income |
Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and |
explanations you have given us. |
As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed within the ICAEW's regulations and guidance at http://www.icaew.com/en/membership/regulations-standards-and-guidance. |
