Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the period, was 2 (2021 - 2).
