For the year ending 31 May 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Unfortunately we have not been successful in receiving funding this year but some local boxer are due to run a fundraising event for us in April to bring in revenue to help us get up and running to offer low cost/free fitness boxing to our local community
