1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents income from corporate sponsorship. Income from corporate sponsorship is accounted for in the year except that any material surplus or deficit of income over expenditure in the financial year is transferred to or from deferred income to ensure that there is sufficient reserve against falls in future sponsorship.

Other accounting policies

Debtors and Creditors receivable/ payable within one year Debtors and Creditors with no stated interest rate and receivable and payable within one year are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account in other administrative expenses.

Description of the transaction:
In 2017-18 administration fees of £nil were charged by GBCC (2016-17 £ nil) and GBCC incurred expenditure of £ nil ( 2016-17 £nil).
