Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.

PSEV - (Partnership for Social & Economic Ventures) CIC is a related party as Mr. Zarar Qayyum, Director, has a beneficial interest in this entity. At the period end, the company owed £196,825 (2017 was £143,503) to PSEV - (Partnership for Social Economic Ventures) CIC. At the year-end, the company owed £10,000 (2017 was £10,000). At the year-end, the company owed £15,907 (2017 was £4,902) to Mr. Zarar Qayyum, Director.
