1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates,

value added tax and other sales taxes.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits

The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension

scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate.

The average number of employees during the year was 7 (2018 - 5 ) .

7.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The

Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party

transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

During the year, the company provided management and consultancy services amounting to £47,600 (2018:

£160,000), £Nil (2018: £95,577) and £Nil (2018: £20,000) to Reef Estates Investments Limited (incorporated in

Jersey), Reef 2016 Limited and Coral Blue Limited respectively, all companies in which P A Slater is a director.

8.	APB ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES

In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns

to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

9.	ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY

The company is controlled by Reef Estates Limited, its immediate parent undertaking.

The only group in which the results of the company are consolidated is that headed by Reef Estates Limited,

based at the same registered office. Accounts for the group are publicly available and can be obtained from

Companies House.
