| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
| The financial statements contain information about 7thSense Design Limited as an individual company and do |
| not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the option under |
| Section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and provision of services, excluding value added tax, except in |
| respect of service contracts where turnover is recognised when the company obtains the right to consideration. |

| Stocks and work in progress are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred taxation has not been provided in these accounts as, in the opinion of the director, there is reasonable |
| probability that the liability will not arise in the foreseeable future. This does not comply with Financial |
| Reporting Standard for Small Entities (effective April 2008) para 9.4. If full provision for deferred taxation was |
| made in these accounts, there would be a liability at 30 September 2014 of £13,696 (2013: £12,499). |
| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the |
| balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at |
| the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension |
| scheme are charged to the profit and loss account in the period to which they relate. |
