During the year N Fullerton had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £551 [owed to the company] (2018 : £8,296 [owed to N Fullerton]) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £551.

The loan was repaid on 29 December 2019 so the company is not required to pay 32.5% Section 455 tax.

The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered.
