  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    4. During the year the company received contributions from Lock Lane residents totalling £9065 (2019 - £6014). After expenditure of £6416 (2019 - £138) the balance of £8525 (2019- £5876) has been carried forward in trust towards future maintenance.
    5. During the previous period the company also received contributions totalling £1655 in connection with advice concerning an application for planning permission on a property close to Lock Lane. After expenditure in the previous period of £972 the balance of £683 has been carried forward in trust towards future planning matters.
